For few days, i am thinking to organize a contest to send out few of my invitation of GoogleWave. I still discovered that many didn't received the GoogleWave invitation and are wanting to experience the interface of GoogleWave.

I am really wanting to send few of my invitation to those- who are in want of it but thought that, if i uselessly give my invitation to the non-active users then it will be a waste. Even, i already wasted my 4 invitation!

This is my main reason, why i am organizing a contest for sending the GoogleWave invitation to three randomly selected winners.

How to make an Advanced Search over your GoogleWave

GoogleWave is now handy, Searching is easy just with some specific term... You can have more advanced and specific searches over the GoogleWave, all you need to do is adding of some search terms on the search box, which is at top of your account.

Below are the search terms that you can use to conduct more specific searches. Here "name" is referred to the User-name.

creator:name - Help you to find all the waves created by name.
participant:name - Help you to finds all waves where user name is a direct participant (name may be a user or a group).
contributor:name - see all the waves where user name edited at least one message.
to:name - help you to search all waves where name is a participant, but not the creator.
onlyto:name - search all waves where name is the only participant, beside the creator.
onlyby:name - Finds all waves where name is the only contributor.
onlywith:name - Finds all waves where name is the only participant (name is either your own, or a group you belong to)
dfrom:name - Finds all waves with a direct message from name or waves with only two participants, where nameis a contributor.
dto:name - Finds all direct messages to name, or waves with only two participants, where the other participant is also a contributor.
from:name - Finds all waves in which name created at least one message within a wave.
to:name - Finds all waves in which name is a participant but not the owner.
with:name - Finds all waves in which name is a direct participant.
by:name - Finds all waves in which name is a contributor.
onlyto:name - Finds all waves in which name is the only participant besides the owner.
onlywith:name - Finds all waves in which name is the owner and only participant on a message within a wave.
is:note - Finds all waves in which you are the only participant.
Note: The keyword me can be used with all of the above operators to search for yourself.

Google Wave has increased its invitation Capacity to Twenty Five

Google Wave has increased its invitation Capacity to 25 from the eight. You might be knowing that Google Wave Earlier gave eight limited invitation to every Google Wave User. I really don't know whether this change of invitation in user capacity is for all its existing users or not... So, check your Wave account to know whether you have got the new Increase Invitation Capacity.

Here in the above screenshot, it is showing 21 invitation left because i have sent out the 4 invitation to my friends. I think that like this manner Google will be expanding its invitation capacity and at last Google Wave will be open to everyone. Similarly, earlier when Gmail first launched, a user needed an invitation to created an email account but now Gmail is open to everyone.

How to invite the eight limited friends over Google Wave

Many Google Wave users still didn't got the idea of How to invite friends because it is very new to everyone. Therefore, here i am giving you a brief tutorial about the invitation.

Where to find the invitation option?
Once you Sign Up for Google Wave account, you are log in over there. So, to find the invitation option, straightly go to the your inbox where you will find a subject message:"Invite others to Google Wave". Now open the message and you will be able to see the invitation option.



How to invite?
On the invitation option, you get a blank email box where you need to put the email of whom you want to invite. Be wise while inviting because you have a limited amount of invitation of eight, so you need an active member to be invited.

Just after inviting, the user can join?
No, its not a quick or fast process because it takes hours or a day to process invitation to the selected people. Ask your invited friend to keep patients for sign up.

Users can also get connected with each other with the Google Wave email addresses like {username(at)googlewave.com".

Benefits taking by the selected Google Wave Users

After the invitation of 1,00,000 users to the Google Wave. Hugely benefited some intelligent users. Since users are invited selectively by the Google Wave Team, it became a grand opportunity for them to make value use of it.
