How to make an Advanced Search over your GoogleWave

GoogleWave is now handy, Searching is easy just with some specific term... You can have more advanced and specific searches over the GoogleWave, all you need to do is adding of some search terms on the search box, which is at top of your account.



Below are the search terms that you can use to conduct more specific searches. Here "name" is referred to the User-name.

creator:name - Help you to find all the waves created by name.
participant:name - Help you to finds all waves where user name is a direct participant (name may be a user or a group).
contributor:name - see all the waves where user name edited at least one message.
to:name - help you to search all waves where name is a participant, but not the creator.
onlyto:name - search all waves where name is the only participant, beside the creator.
onlyby:name - Finds all waves where name is the only contributor.
onlywith:name - Finds all waves where name is the only participant (name is either your own, or a group you belong to)
dfrom:name - Finds all waves with a direct message from name or waves with only two participants, where nameis a contributor.
dto:name - Finds all direct messages to name, or waves with only two participants, where the other participant is also a contributor.
from:name - Finds all waves in which name created at least one message within a wave.
to:name - Finds all waves in which name is a participant but not the owner.
with:name - Finds all waves in which name is a direct participant.
by:name - Finds all waves in which name is a contributor.
onlyto:name - Finds all waves in which name is the only participant besides the owner.
onlywith:name - Finds all waves in which name is the owner and only participant on a message within a wave.
is:note - Finds all waves in which you are the only participant.
Note: The keyword me can be used with all of the above operators to search for yourself.
